This Privacy Policy describes how Noe Performance LLC("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Handled, a product of Noe Performance LLC, and the SMS numbers we operate on behalf of small business customers.

Information we collect

When you text a business's Handled number, we collect information from that SMS conversation, including:

• Your mobile phone number;
• The content of the messages you send and receive; and
• Timestamps and basic delivery metadata for those messages.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry on behalf of the business you contacted — answering questions, scheduling, qualifying, and following up. Message content is processed by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses on behalf of the business.

Where your information is stored

Conversation data is stored in Supabase and retained for the business's record-keeping needs, so the business has an accurate history of its customer communications.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used only to operate the messaging service for the business you contacted.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to operate the platform. These providers process data only to provide their service to us:

• Twilio — SMS message delivery;
• Anthropic — AI processing of message content to generate responses;
• Supabase — data storage;
• Vercel — application hosting.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@noeperformance.com. You can also stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
