Who operates these SMS numbers

Noe Performance LLC operates dedicated SMS numbers on behalf of small business customers using the Handled platform. When you text a business's Handled number, you are messaging that business, with replies powered by Noe Performance LLC.

How you opt in

Opt-in is by consumer-initiated inbound text message. You opt in by sending an inbound text to a business's dedicated Handled number — typically after seeing the business's website contact form, a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead ad, a printed sign-up, or after being referred. Sending that first inbound message is your opt-in to receive replies related to your inquiry. We do not add you to messaging from a list, a purchase, or any source other than your own inbound text.

What messages you'll receive

After you text in, replies are automated and relate to your original inquiry. They may include answers to your questions, scheduling, qualification questions, and follow-ups about the service you asked about. Message frequency varies based on your conversation and the business you are contacting.

Opting out and getting help

You are always in control of these messages:

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further automated messages from that number.
• Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us using the email below.

Rates and frequency

Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Message and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No unsolicited or bulk marketing

Noe Performance LLC does not send unsolicited marketing or bulk promotional SMS. Messages are sent only in response to a conversation you started by texting a business's Handled number, and only relate to that inquiry.
